• Worked with internal digital production leads to write scope of work for livestream production.

• Solved a key feasibility challenge: have all wedding participants (host Kal Penn joining from NYC, the couple in San Francisco, the officiant in Utah) and metaverse wedding guests in Decentraland see & hear everything—live.

• Organized a highly-detailed production plan for a live event with participants & ops teams spread across 5 locations: Los Angeles (livestream ops), San Francisco (the couple), New York City (host Kal Penn), Salt Lake City (wedding officiant), and Uruguay (digital production ops).

• Guided creative leads with script and creative programming based on livestream and virtual event production feasibility.

• Scheduled and oversaw all show rehearsals, collaborating with external (vendors, client, couple & talent) and internal stakeholders (strategy, account, creative, music digital) to ensure wedding met expectations.

• Developed and maintained strong vendor relationships to produce an exclusive physical wedding invite box.

• Only 50x were made and each included a Taco Bell gift card, a custom 3D-printed keycap for customizable keyboards, and a printed augmented reality (AR) card that played a video teaser of our Decentraland wedding venue (see below).
